[kj] Pink Floyd and Two-Degrees of Killing Joke:

The only member of the Floyd I've ever encountered -- if you could  
even call it that -- was Roger Waters...striding manfully out of an  
office building on Lexington Avenue and 58th Street and into a waiting  
limo. It stuck with me, as it was diametrically across the street from  
the spot wherein I first purchased a Pink Floyd LP (that being THE  
WALL at Disc-O-Mat....which is now, of course, a PayLess shoe store).
