Was the pen grey w/a black cap and clip? If so it was probably a sharpie and won't wash off.If the guy planned to use the pen for autographs (or if it was the band's) it was also most likely a sharpie.If you're not sure, try rubbing some hot water on the sig and see if it smudges!
