[kj] Charging extra for a set list of our choice

Hmmmmm....My birthdays in December, and we just came into some cash....
I wonder? Better ask the Wife, eh?

On the quiet a lot of bands must have done this. We'd probably be shocked whose been hired by the really really rich for a few hours entertainment for huge amounts of money. Main condition of play - DONT TELL ANYONE.
Question is, would we do it?

Anyone know any examples of this?

Its one thing to pay extra to see them "backstage." It's another for them to become a common wedding band and play songs for a fee, though. "Dance-a monkey, dance! I-a pay you!" Seriously, what's next - buy them for your birthday party? :/

Could I get a few songs on Higher Purchase like we used to have?

Also, would I have to pay double the going rate to get anything off Outside the Gate?

Money is our God indeed...

Great pity the boys don't have a Laughing Gnome in their pasts, eh?
