[kj] Charging extra for a set list of our choice

Its one thing to pay extra to see them "backstage." It's another for them to
become a common wedding band and play songs for a fee, though. "Dance-a
monkey, dance! I-a pay you!" Seriously, what's next - buy them for your
birthday party? :/
