    These sites still exist, there are still Latin American tribes which
exist as they did thousands of years ago, there is nothing mysterious or
special about them, all they seem to be able to do is imitate bird noises
and are a good shot with a blow-pipe.They are what you would expect them to
be,  A simple, uneducated version of modern day man.
   When it comes to intelligence, they are quite literally clueless.There is
nothing that they can teach us, or nothing that we can learn from them ,
that we don't already know.

i havent been reading this thread but one of my ambitions is to travel
through the southern American continent. Look at the indigenous sites
of milleniums ago which had a self supporting infrastructure and
engineering abilities that were incredible. The forests, the
mountains, the peoples. So much there.
I enjoyed the recent Motorcycle diaries film which touched on the subject.
