Exactly why is it uninteresting for this list, to know what vendors, if
any, *sell* new KJ music in a downloadable format? Is that the end of the
world as we know it, if that is the case?

I already said why I was reluctant to get the CD. I don't like what I
heard of the 2003 album much at all (even if its better than most
"rock"). But KJ is KJ and if it were available online or in 2nd hand
shops available to me, I could be willing to spend less than for a new CD
to check it out. I already spend too much on music anyway.
The reason I asked was because the places where I do shop (downloadable
or 2nd hand) don't have it. It was just a simple question!

There may be that KJ prevented downloadable sales or some involved record
company did, but if this is known then this would also interesting to
hear about. At least more interesting than being attacked for a simple
question.

Unless, someone have anything useful to add, then I suggest we drop it.
This is not interesting at all.
