Well, we won 2 trophies this season (which is 2 more than most, if not all, 
of the others) ... and when AC Milan trounce Liverpool we can then take a 
good swipe at those annoying Liverpool fans who we expect to be cranking it 
up tomorrow ... obviously any other club would have been able to sign Drogba 
for £15m rather than the £24m we had to pay (cos a rich benefactor cranks up 
the price) ... let those Liverpool fans enjoy the Istanbul hospitality ... 
night of the long knives ... when you look back at 1970 the famous Leeds 
United were going for 3 trophies and won nothing (probably due to fatigue as 
much as anything) so I'd say that on the balance of it we did alright ... I 
was a bit worried that we'd get past the 'pool then fail vs AC Milan ... now 
we let the scousers splash their cash for little reward ...
