if  I remember rightly (1st time for everything) then Colesy sold the 
t-shirt rights to this bunch.
no graham - geordie, jaz and myself did a deal with impact merch in the US

They have a contract with Killing Joke (am i allowed to spell that in 
full?) to sell these t-shirts.
correct and they're called backstreet

This all happened last year too, with mr summers, but Mike resolved the issue.

as i see things killing joke have a right to their name so it's fair 
enough to stop me using it
however, as i have never been paid a penny for the early designs i 
think i have a moral right to exploit them
i'm still hoping they'll come round and act with integrity
fingers crossed...
