Mr. Pete, whatever you're on, I really don't want any of it...vintage sea-bed 
wines, Elgin Marbles, Mona Winfreys, the magic bass guitar murder diaries??? 
I'm sure you're a perfectly nice chap behind the fright mask, but do give it a 
rest and go stand outside the gate. Anyway, you hapless peasants, me and my 
pal Dan are in a band called The Egos and we have a London date. None of you on 
the list are invited. In fact, we really can't stand one another, so the gig 
is likely to be cancelled. Yes, yes, settle down, we're about to be signed. In 
fact, we have so many record labels after us, we're bored stiff. Den Ego
p.s. Mr. Pete, you're on the guest list, it would be criminal for one as 
entertaining as yourself to be home alone salivating over a sticky old issue of 
Mayfair while The Egos are playing (or not, as the case may be!).
