SVJENから他団体イベントのお知らせです。

As the holidays are ramping up, so is Yoriko's campaign for Assembly and we
have some wonderful events that I hope you will be able to attend in the
next couple of weeks.

Cyclists for Yoriko will be hosting a fundraising event on Wednesday,
December 9 to discuss the importance of making our district healthier and
more livable by making our streets more walkable and more bikeable.
If you can't make it, Team Yoriko will be at Cafe del Doge Friday, December
18, to share ideas about how to get our state back on track.

Special Guest - Andrea White-Kjoss, President and CEO, began her career as
an analyst for a large private financial management firm, moved on from that
to pursue her own international business risk consultancy.
In 2004, Andrea combined her business background with her environmental
passion at Bikestation (under the umbrella of Mobis Transportation
Alternatives). The organization has since grown to 7 facilities nationwide
and has transformed the possibilities for alternative transportation,
particularly bicycling, transit, car-sharing, and small electric vehicles.

Wine Tasting and Dessert with Yoriko
Special Guest - Paul Saffo a forecaster and essayist with over two decades
experience exploring long-term technological change and its practical impact
on business and society. He teaches at Stanford University and is a Visiting
Scholar in the Stanford Media X research network. He has served as an
advisor and Forum Fellow to the World Economic Forum since 1997. Paul is a
columnist for ABCNews.com, and his essays have appeared in numerous
publications and holds degrees from Harvard College,
Cambridge University and Stanford University.
