[Scons-users] Documentation on benefits of migrating to SCons 3.x

Hi,

Is there any documentation on the benefits of migrating to SCons 3.x from SCons 2.x?

We're currently using SCons 2.0.0.final.0, and I'm trying to provide justification for our company to migrate to SCons 3.x.  I tried looking on scons.org, but couldn't find anything.
