[Scons-users] optional build components

The way i am doing it is using a central API for registering builds with a
name (e.g. to create an elf target foo, library bar etc.), and then I can
choose what to build and what not to build with something like: scons
target=[regular-expression].

However this doesn't work out of box for things directly calling scons API.
