As usual (it seems) I tried this out and ran into problems... and then
ran out of time to pursue it further at that moment. I didn't get the
right reference to the dependency somehow because it came up unknown
(that library is generated in a different env, I assume it's to do with
that).  But you, and a couple of stackexchange articles I had indeed
seen, confirm the depend is what's needed.  On my list to swing back and
finish off someday.
