[Scons-users] Building Scons build error on Windows

Ibrahim,

Not necessary to run the full build.
Just try running the tests:

python runtest.py -a

Hopefully you don't see any more failures than you'll see here:
http://buildbot.scons.org/

Also, please try running with py3.5 (or 3.6) if you can.
