[Scons-users] Building Scons build error on Windows

Hi Bill,

I’m in the process of making some changes to scons and submit a pull request (I’m still in the process of messaging scons-dev list on that).
But the first step for me was to try and build scons and setup my environment.
Not really trying to build a 64 bit installer.

So unless something changed, a full build is likely not possible on Windows, due to the toolchain requirements.
