While researching about build systems, today I stumbled upon Meson
(http://mesonbuild.com/)and watched AU-con presentantion - the main
developer admits "stealing" from other build systems (SCons included
with elegancy), so wonder what do you think about it?

It seems to be fast and done in Python-3 using Ninja. Have you tried it?
