[Scons-users] Include path not added to cl.exe

Hello,

I do not understand why one of my CPPPATH is not added to my cl.exe
instruction.    See the full env dump <http://pastebin.com/5s86nPrP>  .

I have the error /Cannot open include file: 'inc/api/hidsdi.h': No such file
or directory/.  I know it is because the include/
/IC:\svn\3rdParty\3rdPartyPackages\WinDDK\7600.16385.1/ misses from the
cl.exe call.  However, this include path is present at line 53.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
