[Scons-users] skip_tools in Environment?

All,

Currently SCons has a default list of tools for each platform.
To alter that you need to specify the full list of tools you want.

How about adding an additional flag to Environment() which would specify a
list of tools to skip?

That way if you had (for example) aix's native compiler installled and gcc,
then you could just list aixcc, aixc++, aixlink, aixf77 as the list of
tools to never use?

Thoughts?
