[Scons-users] Support of the isystem option for gcc

Hi,

First sorry for this answer that comes very late, and thank you for your
welcome.

In my point of view, isystem is only an option of GCC so I would prefer to
add it in the existing GCC tool.
I will read the developer guide and propose a patch or a pull request on
the scons repository. I will do my best to add proper code, tests and doc.
Unfortunately I do not have lot of time, so this will be done I hope, but I
do not know when.
