[Scons-users] How to handle MSVC when on 64 bit and TARGET_ARCH isn't specified

Let me do a little wrapping up of my code and I'll push it to bitbucket in my repo.
Then I'll build and package a scons-local version of the install, along with a simple 
SConstruct which should verify that it works, and send out another email.
