[Scons-users] How to handle MSVC when on 64 bit and TARGET_ARCH isn't specified

I think I have both 2010 and 2012 pro installed at home; theoretically I
could install express. I also have access to machines with only 2010 pro.

What do I need to do to test? (I won't be able to do it immediately.)
