[Scons-users] SCons and new D tooling

It would be useful if some people who have no interest whatsoever in D
compilation were to have a go at using the fork of SCons with new D
tooling as a check to make sure other peoples' usages have not been
disrupted by the changes being made. The D tools do interact with the C
and C++ ones.
