Pledge has gone into Administration - the UK equivalent of Bankruptcy and their website has shut down after no buy-out offers surfaced.  Artists like Killing Joke can apply as creditors when whatever assets are sold off but it's unlikely there's much to pick off the bones of this rotting carcass.  Further, it was promised artists would be able to access their user data but that info has remained unavailable.  Also, none of the execs involved have made themselves available or simply refused to comment.  It appears clear there was criminal wrongdoing involved at the top of the chain that resulted in the once thriving company to suddenly nosedive in just the past 18 months.
