That is *very* expensive.
That said, it's a great venue... and the setting for one of the best Joke gigs I've attended.  Not sure I ever got *all* of the paint off my flight jacket ;-)

A bit! Not to begrudge the chaps earning a living, but... when they played Oslo in 2016,one of the most expensive cities in the world, tickets were around 40 quid. 
At Glasgow last year I stood there watching them thinking, this could well be thelast time I see them. But then this came along and I thought, OK, maybe not. Back inthe heartland of Ladbroke Grove!
