[kj] RIP Mark E Smith of The Fall

Hah, yeah, re "The Fall of Because," although my understanding is that's a
Crowley reference and the band The Fall is an Albert Camus reference.

Anyone know if KJ and The Fall ever played together? What a show that would
be? Two temperamental frontmen like that in the same room together.
