All the hand-wringing / woe-is-me bullshit being spouted about the election result sends a crystal clear message that Hillary was the preferable candidate, which with the amount of information to the contrary at the click of a button is fucking surrealistic.

Trump could absolutely be a worse disaster, but you have to work with the information you’ve got. The fact that all this shameless sky-is-falling drivel always seems to lack any context other than MSM meme / narrative replication is what gets on my fucking goat. Continuous blather about how awful Trump is…aren’t you all sick to fucking death of having that rammed down your throats while the mountain of empirical data / documented evidence / journalistic and legal PROOF about the Clintons goes largely unexamined? And yeah, dragging Bill into the picture is 100% relevant, if you were paying attention to anything going on in the 90s, but God forbid anyone clicks a fucking link or two before blathering on about not tarring Hillary with Bill’s crimes…

Trump’s gobshite comments, con-man rip off schemes vs The Clintons litany of crimes against humanity…fuck’s sake.

No one batted an eyelid about all the digs at his physical appearance, but criticize Hitlery for lying about her health problems (which speak directly to her FITNESS TO SERVE) and you’re Empowering the Patriarchy / Oppressing Minorities / Quashing Diversity…

And I should add that being against the total and utter fucking nightmare that is Trump, does necessarily make someone "for" Clinton. Just given the choice, I'd rather have my face ground into the dirt than ground into broken glass and hot coals thank you very much. (not that I had the choice, living outside the USA)

And as a supporter of Scottish Independence (I am not painted blue, and do not wave flags btw), with a front row seat as to how the MSM operated during that referendum, believe me, I know that they are, on the whole (like, say, about 99.9% of them) an utter disgrace. 

I really think that anyone who isn't disgusted, shocked, even terrified of Trump's election is either totally clueless, or how do I say this... a cunt. 

Still, maybe he'll be the first borderline (at best) psychopath billionaire that actually turns out to have everyone else's interests at heart, rather than just his own ego and general fucked up craziness.

I realize there are some sharp differences of opinion here on the Gathering, but as someone who fucking LIVES here, let me just say that I am incalculably ashamed to be an American today. 

Regardless of your stance on policy -- not that Trump ever actually discussed any tangible policies -- how anyone could spend five minutes listening to that fatuous bag of excitement attempt to string coherent sentence together and think: "yes, that man should hold the most powerful office in the so-called Free World" is FUCKING STAGGERINGLY BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION.
