[kj] Pylon Running Order/ New Jerusalem

Delaying the lyrics, is a possibility alright and a good opportunity to
make a nice mini site with them, some more Colesy, artwork and maybe
videos. I know they have their own domain, so nothing to have kjpylon.com
redirect to a new page there.
