Been away on tour so missed this thread as it was happening. Having just 
read through it though, one thing that seems to have been missed is much 
mention of the horrific cruelty to animals involved in meat consumption. 
Is it really "just up to individual choice" to cause (directly or 
indirectly, with variation in the degrees) such cruelty? Can I treat my 
cute little puppy (sometimes really) badly for a few months then kill it 
because, well, I enjoy doing that?
Anyway, just throwing in some sleep-deprived thoughts... arguing with 
meat-eaters is pretty much as futile a passtime as there is... worse 
than waiting on Gems Of Power, even... PLUS, I see my download of a 
certain band's new album has just finished! To hell with this!!
