[kj] Help In Ear Headphones-HELP HELP HELP

appealing to the wide body of knowledge that the Gathering is because we are all so busy and have too little time to relax I listen to most of my music while training-can anyone recommend a good in ear headphone?
I bought the Bose ones last year but they are dedicated to I phones (which I overlooked) and I have a Sony and even with my daughter's I phone they are not much cop
I've heard the Monster ones are good?
I want loud!I want bass!
