Nowadays the only response I seem to be able to muster regarding the
non-appearance
of stuff I've paid for in advance is to keep awfully quiet. I am hopeful
that Jaz's book will
arrive in the mailbox one day but to be honest this is the first time I've
given it a thought in
about 4 months. You bastard!
