I think the A-side is commonly played live as well!

The B-side, "Pssyche", is commonly played live.

My guess is that the book will contain some nice-ish photos and the descriptions of each single that the FB-page is posting daily now (+ maybe a few words by someone old NME-journalist or so):

THE SINGLES COLLECTION (2013)
CD1: Nervous System / Turn To Red
Nervous System is Killing Joke's first single, released in December, 1979, shortly after the release of their Almost Red EP. Nervous System originally appeared on their debutEP, Turn to Red, and was released as a 7" single. Both 7" promo and non-promo singles were released under Island Records with different album covers. The non-promo featured the same album cover as the Almost Red EP (different title), and the promo was an Island Record factory cover.
A. Nervous System (4'10)
B. Turn To Red (4'10)

CD2: Wardance / Pssyche
Wardance is Killing Joke's first single from their debut album Killing Joke. It was released under Malicious Damage in February, 1980 as a 7" single. A small number of copies from the original Malicious Damage pressing came with a pre-typed folded form comprising military 'call-up papers' to be filled out and submitted by the purchaser. Near mint copies, in their picture sleeve with this insert in undamaged condition, sell at high prices in the collector's market. The B-side, "Pssyche", is commonly played live.
A. Wardance (3'40)
B. Pssyche (5'02)

CD3: Requiem / Change
"Requiem" is Killing Joke's second official single from their 1980 album Killing Joke. The single was originally released under E'G Records as a 12" single and featured the song Change as a B-side, a previous unofficial single. That same year, E'G Records released a 7" version of the single, exempting the demo version of "Requiem". Polydor also released this single as a 7" single only in Italy.
A. Requiem (3'42)
B. Change (3'58)

CD4: Follow The Leaders / Tension
Follow the Leaders is Killing Joke's only single from their second studio album, What's THIS For...!. It reached number fifty-five in the UK Singles Chart in May, 1981, and number twenty-five in the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs.
The 7" single was released under Polydor in Italy, and E'G Records in Spain. Both releases featured a different track of Follow the Leaders than the 10" single.
A. Follow The Leaders (4'05)
B. Tension (4'27)

CD5: Empire Song / Brilliant
Empire Song is Killing Joke's first single from their third studio album, Revelations. It was released under E'G Records in March, 1982, and reached number forty-three in the UK Singles Chart that same month. Polydor also released Empire Song as a single in Ireland. The B-side Brilliant was produced by Nick Launay.
A. Empire Song (3'19)
B. Brilliant (4'00)

CD6: Chop-Chop / Good Samaritan
"Chop-Chop" is Killing Joke's second single from their third studio album, Revelations. It released under E'G Records as a 7" single. The B-side, "Good Samaritan", was also offRevelations. This single, unlike "Empire Song", did not chart.
A. Chop-Chop (4'18)
B. Good Samaritan (3'30)

CD7: Birds of a Feather / Flock the B-Side
"Birds of a Feather" is a single by Killing Joke, from their third E.P. of the same name. It was released in October, 1982, as a 7" single under E'G Records and Polydor, in The Netherlands. The B-Side featured another track from the E.P. entitled "Flock the B-Side". The single reached number sixty-four in the UK Singles Chart.
A. Birds of a Feather (3'46)
B. Flock the B-Side (3'46)

CD8: Let's All Go (to the Fire Dances) / Dominator
"Let's All Go (to the Fire Dances)" is the only single from Killing Joke's fourth studio album, Fire Dances. It was released as a 12" and 7" single under E'G Records in June, 1983. The A-side for the 12" single included a live version of "The Fall of Because", originally off their second studio album, What's THIS For...!. The B-side, "Dominator", originally off Fire Dances, was produced as two different versions, apart from the original: "Dominator" (version) and "Dominator". Both songs appeared on separate singles; 12" and 7" respectively. "Dominator" (version) later appeared on the 2008 CD reissue of Fire Dances. The B-side for the 7" release, "Dominator", apart from the original studio version, was not reprised for the CD. Instead, another version of "Dominator", from the John Peel Session of 1983, was featured. The single reached number fifty-one in the UK Singles Chart in 1983.
A. Let's All Go (to the Fire Dances) (3'20)
B. Dominator (5'05)

CD9: Me or You? / Wilful Days
"Me or You?" is the second non-album single by Killing Joke. It was released in October, 1983, under E'G Records as a 12", 7", and a limited double vinyl 7" single. The B-side for the 12" and 7" single featured "Feast of Blaze", originally off their fourth studio album, Fire Dances. However, only the 12" featured the track "Wilful Days" as a B-side. The limited double vinyl 7" single featured "Wilful Days" as a C-Side with a blank D-side. Both "Wilful Days" and "Me or You?" later appeared on the 2008 reissue of Fire Dances, along with the John Peel Session version of "Wilful Days". The single reached number fifty-seven in the UK Singles Chart that same month.
A. Me or You? (3'02)
B. Wilful Days (5'01)

CD10: Eighties / Eighties (The Coming Mix)
"Eighties" is Killing Joke's first single from their fifth studio album, Night Time. It was originally released in April, 1984 under E'G Records as a 12" and 7" single and was produced by Chris Kimsey. The 12" single A-side featured the track "Eighties (Serious Dance Mix)" with "Eighties" and "Eighties (The Coming Mix)" as B-sides. The 7" single exempted the "Serious Dance Mix" and instead, featured "Eighties" as the A-side. Also, the 7" single was sold with a bonus 7" single of "Let's All Go (to the Fire Dances)". The single reached number sixty in the UK Singles Chart, but received less recognition than the 1992 song "Come as You Are" by the US band Nirvana, which had a similar riff. A short snippet of "Eighties" was the opening theme to the short-lived 2002 Fox sitcom That '80s Show.
A. Eighties (3'35)
B. Eighties (The Coming Mix) (3'33)

CD11: A New Day / Dance Day
"A New Day" is a non-album single by Killing Joke. It was released in July, 1984, under E'G Records as a 12" and 7" single. This is the first non-album single by Killing Joke to produce a music video. The 12" single featured a dub mix of "A New Day" as an A-side, and "A New Day" was a B-Side. The 7" single featured a shorter version of "A New Day" as an A-Side and "Dance Day" was a B-Side. A completely different version of "A New Day", which was not a mix, later appeared on the 2008 reissue of Killing Joke's fifth studio album, Night Time. The single reached number fifty-one in the UK Singles Chart.
A. A New Day (3'45)
B. Dance Day (3'40)

CD12: Love Like Blood / Blue Feather (Version)
"Love Like Blood" is Killing Joke's second single from their fifth studio album, Night Time. Produced by Chris Kimsey, it is perhaps the most recognised Killing Joke song to date.
A. Love Like Blood (4'14)
B. Blue Feather (Version) (4'09)

CD13: Kings and Queens / The Madding Crowd (remixed by Killing Joke)
"Kings and Queens" is Killing Joke's third single from their fifth studio album, Night Time. It was originally released on 21 March 1985 under E'G Records as a 12" and 7" single in the UK, and a 7" single under Polydor in the Netherlands. It was produced by Chris Kimsey. The 12" single featured "Kings and Queens (A Right Royal Mix)" as an A-side, and both "The Madding Crowd (remixed by Killing Joke)" and "Kings and Queens" were featured as B-sides. E’G Record’s 7" single and Polydor's 7" single exempted "Kings and Queens (A Right Royal Mix)" and instead featured "Kings and Queens" as the A-side, and "The Madding Crowd (remixed by Killing Joke)" as the B-side. E'G Records also released a remix of "Kings and Queens" as a 12" vinyl. "Kings and Queens (Knaves Mix)" was featured as an A-side and featured the same B-sides as the 12" single of "Kings and Queens".
A. Kings and Queens (3'35)
B. The Madding Crowd (remixed by Killing Joke) (5'05)

Guy mentions various Killing Joke-related incidents in his excellent autobiography, but I don't recall him saying he'd played on anything.

I'd always assumed Raven was on Birds Of A Feather.

Perhaps the book in this FUCKING BOX SET will clear it up.

I have read somewhere that Guy played on Revelations! . . . . he is an old friend of Youth & Alex P so there may be some mileage in the rumour?

He’s on Twitter, I may ask him
