Indeed. He told me that Geordie didn't want to tour and that there was nothing in the diary KJ wise so he was free to do ministry and then the tour was organised. He wanted his brother Dan to dep for him to keep the slot open but that was rejected. I think HE was the one that felt let down. 

So it was off to ministry and that, well, the rest is a sad history.
