And curse my auto correct. I meant $10k is STEEP for a pretty beat guitar. 5-6 is going rate for good shape. The paint issues are typical. The repair is not uncommon for any hollow body with that many years on it. But does bring price down.
With that being said buy it simply because it's Geordies and he's the only fan boy guitarist I like in that way.
