[kj] Glasgow Shambles

I would think that's up to the venue. It's not the bands fault. Next person down the ladder is the venue. 
So they make a claim. Then that claim goes to the city for the money. But they won't get it. 
Risk of running a venue I guess. But the odds are pretty high it won't happen again
