[kj] new topic-opener any bets?

My faith in the list is restored - I thought no one was going to complain!

Never let it be said that I failed to step into the breach to lay down a withering storm of armour-piercing whinge when the opportunity presented itself.

(Except on Sundays, when I rest my spleen.)

What can I say - I love it. I love Jaz singing (ok, not so much of the "woo-hoo") and I love the chime of Geordie's guitar.

I'm surprised no one has complained about Tiahuanaco. It's the only song off OTG that I really liked at the time. I think it could really work live...

I'd like one of the early dance numbers... Follow The Leaders or Change (but a really funky version, and without the siren noises).

Or the grinding stomp of Kings and Queens.

Or Kali Yuga.

Or Nervous System.

...anyway, here's my list of Killing Joke tracks that I love but have resigned myself to never hearing live:

birds of a feather

take take take

me or you

a new day

blue feather

new culture

tiahuanco

slipstream

aeon

our last goodbye

lightbringer

kali yuga

singularity

...guess I'll have to make do with another version of Wardance.

Most depressing thing about the impending tour: anyone here can probably predict between 75% and 90% of the setlist.

And given that the new album is supposedly so fantastic, I wonder how much of it they'll play. C'mon fellas, take the risk...
