[kj] Stone Roses Reform

I never liked the attitude of any of the cock sure "lad rock" bands of
the early 90s,Stone Roses, The Charlatans, Oasis etc etc.

However, as far as music goes, I thought at the time The Stone Roses
debut album was a fine record, and a great production from the great
producer John Leckie.

Certainly looking back I am more puzzled why Primal Scream's
Screamadelica album was also regarded as a classic...never liked that
or the gobshite Bobby Gillespie. The 90s dance sound of that album
has dated badly.

I would sooner take Stone Roses over them any day.

If anything I detest grunge and britpop more so for killing off shoegaze.
