Also there is a J Cope LP called The Death & Resurrection Show, I believe, or there was couple of years ago.  Not sure what this involves as not really into much of his recent stuff.  I don't expect he would care about plagiarising the title, as remember in  first part of his autobiography, him slagging off KJ.
