[kj] European Superstate Video on post-production

I'm pretty sure Killing Joke's music was good enough for them to make it
without Mike Coles but I do think he brought more people into contact with
them, or perhaps brought people in quicker.

In a similar vein, I believe he would have made the sort of videos people
wanted to watch purely because they were good videos and so the music would
have got more exposure.
