Most likely explanation is that the company was contracted to do the video over a year ago when the song was originally slated to be
a single, they did their work and produced the video but never got paid either due to lack of promo funds/cheapness on the band's
part or the band simply rejected the finished video.  The studio held onto the finished product until someone from the record
company/Killing Joke either forked over the cash or they just figured "fuck it, may as well put it on YouTube to showcase our
studio's efforts since we'll never get paid."  

I hope they didn't do it as spec work.
