[kj] 2012 Tour dates

Probably my focus on Wolverhampton as a strange choice after seeing KJ
there on numerous occasions over the past 17 years, may reflect on my
own personal opinion and maybe even KJs that it is not a strange
choice, and they actually like playing the Wulfrun Hall...just maybe?!
