I think Husker Du (brilliant band) played  their whole double album on tour 
after it came out. Of corse, they used to  release 2 or 3
records a year back in
the mid  80s...

Pink Floyd performed "The Wall" completely and  straight through with no 
additional older songs when they toured in '80 and  '81.
