The last word I ever heard on the Gems of Power debacle came from
Raven when he was in town playing B.B. King's Blues Bar & Grill in
Times Square with Ministry (this would have been 2006). Wary of the
trajectory of the business arrangement made with whatever indie
operation was planning to release it (anyone?), Raven confiscated the
master tapes and was holding them hostage somewhere. I'm assuming,
sadly, that he took that secret to his depressingly early grave.

Pity. I shelled out for it too.
