Ditto. It's toobed.

I did some recording with 'someone' a few years back, and to my surprise this 'artist' seemed to think loudness was the cure all for bad tracks. In honesty, it's because they're deaf. We could here the tracks easily when they listened on the headphones..ouch.

To my ears it sounds like they compressed it to fuck and then ran the whole thing through a mastering limiter set to stun . . people need to remember it’s not about how loud it sounds it’s about dynamics!
