Having just got my copy I will make a big thing of it!

The icing on the badly-designed cake is the fact that they've used the Norwegian 'ø' in Joke,
for some bizarre reason, which when said out loud turns it into Killing Jerk, or Killing
Yerker if you take the Norwegian pronunciation to its logical conclusion. Genius.
