i have got off work 27-31 may. the two chicago dates i can do,if i cant get over in time for the Detroit show,then i'll fly straight to Chicago.still confusion as to the detroit date,thats why i havent booked a flight yet.
 
 
strangely looking forward(*) to the possibility of setting foot on american soil for the first time.

First trip to the States and you're flying into Detroit?
 
I've been to the UK, but I didn't fly into (insert decrepit post-apocalyptic industrial backwater here - Hull? Morecambe? Leeds?)
 
I salute your sense of adventure and question your common sense.

It's definitely a working-class, neighborhood bar, but there's actually several bars/restaurants etc in the immediate vicinity.
 
It's on the southern edge of Bucktown which is one of Chicago's "Bohemian" enclaves just on the cusp of gentrification.
