Leftfield and Lydon: that (great) combination prompted a mate of mine to buy me Leftism back in the day. The rest of the album was, of course, fantastic.

Kraftwerk were amazing - so far ahead of their time it's almost hard to believe.

Early Chemical Brothers rocked. Also Fat Boy Slim at times.

Does Afro Celt count as electronic? They were incredible live (also incredible on CD, but something else live...) Of course, Jamie Reid (artist for God Save the Queen) did their artwork - lots of punk/electronic crossover.

Listening to Radioactivity right now.

I love a pile of electronic music, notably all things Kraftwerk, Underworld, Orbital, Leftfield, Coil (if they 'count' as electronic) and a clutch of others. Kinda appeals to a different side of the brain than does, say, The Misfits or The 'Pistols or, for that matter, Killing Joke, but that doesn't make it any less engrossing. To my mind, anyway.
