[kj] Killing Joke: Clash influenced?

I seem to remember reading about a lot of mutual antipathy between the
two camps and something about a shared rehearsal space. But then Jaz
told a story somewhere about making amends with Joe prior to his death
and them sharing a beer. Can't be more specific, though.
