This is the AIG memo warning their underlings to beware the sniffly, blathering 
rabble when venturing amongst them.

Tips number 3 and 4 are the eyeraising ones..

"Be aware of individuals who appear to be out of place or are spending an inordinate amount of  
 time near an AIG facility and report these sitings immediately...

 At night, when possible, avoid any person you are not already familiar with and who is wearing a 
 Killing Joke shirt, and speaking with either an american or British Commonwealth accent."
