anyone remember sky using '' you'll never get to me '' when advertising sports programmes a while back ?

Is the deal with Universal a 'recording' deal, or more for publishing and licensing? Are we going to hear KJ in soundtracks and adverts etc? I think the back cat has been reissued a few times already.
I hope it is for new recording work. Ching ching.
