That's sad news. I saw some fantastic Cramps gigs.

 

Irrelevant anecdote - I was at boarding school with the jockey Richard
Dunwoody (he was in the year above me), and he was going into town one
afternoon. I asked him to pick up the first Cramps album for me.

 

I was rather disappointed when he returned empty-handed. It seems he had
been into the only record shop in Cirencester asking for the new album by
the Craps.
